Booking
When you have a booking, please send us or insert the estimated time of your arrival with a telephone number to refer to.

Check-in e Check-out
Check-in is from 12:00 am to 10:00 pm. According with the hotel will be possible to check-in not later than 10:00 pm. Any delay must be promptly communicated to the hotel.
The check-out is within 10:30 am.

Payment
You must pay at the check-in; credit card number is only used as a guarantee exept for special offers or prepaid bookings.

For the payment we prefer cash but you can also pay using credit card of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.

Cancel reservation
If cancellation occurs at least 8 days before arrival nothing is charged;
If cancellation occurs between 7 and 4 days before arrival will be charged the first night;
If cancellation occurs between 3 days before arrival and the day of check-in will be charged the full cost of the stay.

Change reservation
If you need to modify your reservation send an e-mail to info@hotelmalu.com indicating the changes to be made. The ability to make changes of reservation depends on the availability of the structure and must occur 8 days before the arrival.

Loss of keys
Lost keys will cost € 20.

Damages
Any damage caused by guests will be refunded upon check out, or subsequently with unconditional charge your credit card.

Privacy policy
All information of the customers are treated under the law D. Lgs 196/2003.

You can use our booking engine clicking the menu button "Booking on-line", or send an e-mail to info@hotelmalu.com specifying the number of people, arrival and number of days , or any beds for children.
